მე ვცხოვრობ (I live; me vtskhovrob)
შენ ცხოვრობ (you live; shen tskhovrob)
ის ცხოვრობს (he/she/it lives; is tskhovrobs)
ჩვენ ვცხოვრობთ (we live; chven vtskhovrobt)
თქვენ ცხოვრობთ (you live; tkven tskhovrobt)
ისინი ცხოვრობენ (they/they live; isini tskhovroben)

As you can see, the variation itself seems quite simple and definitely regular. What is worth adding is that this verb should not be confused with the Georgian verb ‘to be alive’. Our today’s one always occurs in the context of life, living in some place, and not being alive as opposed to death. Georgians have a separate verb for this.
So how do you say Where do you live? in Georgian? All you have to do is put together the words ‘where’, i.e. სად, and you live, i.e. ცხოვრობ, and you have your question ready. Following this rule, you will also ask about other people, e.g. where he lives or where do you live? in Georgian when adressing a group of people. How to say ‘I live in Georgia’ in Georgian?

Here you need the particle -ში (-shi) meaning ‘in’ some place or ‘to’ some place. So Georgia in Georgian is საქართველო (saqartvelo), so we add this particle at the end of the word Georgia and it becomes საქართველოში (sakartweloshi). Now all you need is the ‘I live’ form to fully answer the question where you live in Georgian. The full answer will be:
საქართველოში ვცხოვრობ. (saqartveloszi vtskhovrob)
Let’s say you want to specify which city you live in, e.g. Kutaisi. Then you will say
ქუთაისში ვცხოვრობ. – I live in Kutaisi. (qutaisshi vtskhovrob).
This is because the letter -ი is the ending in this word and will fall out.
You can say the same about Tbilisi:
