How to sign up for the Georgian group course?

- If you know some Georgian, you may also schedule a quick meeting with Asia using the below calendar. Together, we will select the best online Georgian group course for you.
Once the meeting is scheduled, you will receive an email notification containing the meeting link and an option to reschedule should your plans change.
How long is a Georgian group course with a teacher?
The autumn group course begins in the last week of September and lasts for 16 weeks. The courses usually end in February.
The spring group course usually begins in February or March and lasts 16 weeks. During the spring semester, there is an option to extend the course by four additional sessions.
A single 90-minute session takes place on the Zoom platform each week.
How much does a group Georgian course with a teacher cost?
The 16-week course costs 360 USD per person, with the option to pay in installments.
Upon registration, the participant pays for the first two months of classes (180USD), and makes the subsequent two payments after the first and second months of the course.
What if I don't have a pre-organized group to join?
At present we don't organize open enrollments to the group courses in English. If you don't have min. 2 other friends to set a group you can start learning Georgian with our self-paced course (there is teacher support included) or choose the individual option.

We design our Georgian language group courses for people who:
- They want to learn Georgian but at the same time feel that learning the language on their own is not for them
- They feel like they want someone to guide them through the complexities of the Georgian language
- They want to speak, write and read Georgian from the very beginning of their studies
- they need regular, systematic learning and want to meet other people who are also learning
Our online Georgian group courses are also an opportunity to learn Georgian and talk about Georgia, its traditions, culture and everyday life, exchange experiences and simply be in a group of people interested in this region.
What materials will you use in the group Georgian courses?
Our group Georgian language course is based on our "Let's study Georgian" textbook series. During classes, we use both the published textbooks from this series and our own proprietary materials, which are not available outside of our courses.
Additionally, you review the material using our flashcards and interactive exercises, practice speaking with our visual exercises and comics, and work on listening comprehension using authentic materials we have selected to match the course level.
You receive the course materials from us in electronic format (included in the course price).
A1-A2+ Georgian courses are conducted by Asia, an experienced Georgian teacher, author of textbooks, business trainer and educator, Georgian translator, with 13 years of experience in teaching adults online and offline.

Although there are several online dictionaries available, our students don’t have to scroll through them if they forgot a word from the lesson. We’ve prepared a dedicated Georgia-English and English-Georgian dictionary with all the words from the curriculum and with dedicated flashcards which makes revisions and study much easier.
Georgian Grammar in use
Starting at the A1.1 level, our Georgian courses provide access to a Georgian grammar guide in English that we have been preparing ourselves. We know that sometimes you need to refresh your memory on a grammatical rule to speed up your learning and prefer to have the grammar explained in an easy way. That is why students in our online courses receive access to the digital version of this Georgian grammar guide, in which every topic is described in detail and illustrated with numerous examples.
Georgian cases declension charts
To meet our listeners' need for a handy reference guide to Georgian cases, we have prepared declension charts for all parts of speech - nouns, adjectives, numerals, pronouns, and interrogatives - along with sections covering exceptions. This makes studying between lessons much easier.
A list of recommended Georgian films, series, and podcasts
All our students receive an additional list of recommended authentic materials—Georgian TV series, films, podcasts, bands, and musicians. This allows you not only to learn Georgian but also to gain a better understanding of the culture. Every student can find something that appeals to them, helping them learn Georgian more effectively.

Have you tried to learn with Georgian friends and family and you have the impression that the language is too difficult?
We do not promise you that without any learning you will magically master Georgian with us during group lessons. However, we can guarantee that the teacher will guide you through the Georgian topics discussed, give you tailored, modern exercises and create conditions for practicing all the skills.
Our program is prepared, among others: by Asia, who has learned Georgian and understands the problems you may have when learning the language.
As with any language, when taking a Georgian language course, it is worth spending about 45-60 minutes a week between group classes on home exercises and consolidating the material.
Frequently asked questions about group Georgian courses online
You sign up for a course and suddenly one week a trip or an unplanned situation occurs. Therefore, you also have access to a document where, after each class, the teacher enters the material and exercises covered. In the case of speaking exercises, he also provides an alternative on how to do such an exercise on your own. In preparation for the next lesson,you can study this material and send it to the teacher for checking.
Our group Georgian courses are not recorded because we talk a lot and sometimes work in groups, so watching such a lesson is less effective than doing the exercises yourself. That's what online Georgian lessons offer.
Classes that you did not attend are also considered to have been paid for and completed, and it is not possible to take these classes at another time and this amount is not refunded.
No problem, because we will help you estimate it during a 15-minute meeting that you schedule using the calendar above.

Payment for classes is made via a dedicated store link sent after selecting a group. Payments can be made via quick payments, traditional transfers, and cards. By purchasing, you accept the store's terms and conditions, including those for course services.
Of course, if you have funds in the company's training budget, a development grant or another opportunity from which your Georgian language learning can be financed.
